Project Description
3403 Piedmont is located adjacent to the historic Saw Mill building at 3400 Broadway. The site is currently underutilized as a surface parking lot and will be used to house a 76-unit residential infill mid-rise. The project will utilize a point-supported mass timber superstructure to achieve lower costs and a reduced schedule.
