This mass timber tower is the first prescriptive type IV-A project in a high seismic zone and one of the tallest wooden buildings in the world, at 20 stories. It utilizes a groundbreaking point-supported structural system composed of mass plywood floor panels and columns, clad with prefabricated exterior wall panels. The entire mass timber supserstructure and enclosure was erected in less than 2 months.
