Wooster St

This project consists of 37,500 sq ft of top-end residential space and 4,000 square feet of retail located on the corner of Wooster Street/Broome Street in the heart of SoHo in Manhattan. The building is an L shaped with 50′ of frontage on Broome and 25′ on Wooster. The building features 2 penthouses (one a duplex), 5 total residential units, roof-top decks and swimming pools for each unit and high-end finishes.

Project Role: Project Manager for Stratford Engineering, in collaboration with Marin Architects and CookFox.
